Title 24 Compliant Stand Alone Thermostat
California provides some of the strictest energy codes in the country. As a Sacramento based company, we have been laser focused on meeting all code requirements for our many school districts, industrial, commercial, and small business customers. When we designed our TWC48 thermostat, we started with 2022 Title 24 requirements as must have features.
The features we continuously heard from our customers related to Demand Control Ventilation with a CO2 sensor (Section 120.1(d)), and Economizer Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) (Section 120.2(i)). In addition to the control requirements, we wanted to improve on our industry leading Wi-Fi security standards with a new Wi-Fi chip that supports WPA2-Enterprise and both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. Upon review of the requirements and meetings with architects throughout California, our team set out to develop a standalone connected thermostat that meets all requirements in a single device.
The result is our TWC-48 thermostat, the industry’s first standalone enterprise connected thermostat that meets Title 24 standards. No longer do you need to have multiple devices or a proprietary system to meet the complex code requirements. Our single device reduces installation costs, has a better aesthetic, and reduces system complexity to control air in your space.
The TWC48 is truly an innovative solution that is less expensive to install, has a smaller footprint, and reduces energy waste.
